Zagy Hotel - Dubai

Excellent staff at reception and roomservice, very friendly and very helpful. Great location, walking distance to metro and several public bus stations, so it's very easy and cheap to get around. A lot of small shops / supermarkets nearby. Clean bath room and free towels. Individually controlled AC which is very important. Large room with balcony. Overall good value for money. I definetly would stay there again.

Its close to city center and can walk everywhere, walk to metro and ferry.

the location was good as its closed to the metro 10 min walk and very closed to the market , also the staff is helpful as possible , the local call is free

The hotel need more cleaning and facility as TV remote control , in summary the need few investment to make it more comfort

If I can describe my experience I would say that "this one of the worst hotel I have ever stayed in". Everything in the hotel is old, the building, furniture ..etc. The hotel is very dirty and cacroaches are everywhere in the room. We have been mislead by the pictures shown on Booked.net, the actual experience is horrible.

The room was small, the bathroom towels and materials for bathing were not enough.TV channels were very very few and not clear plus the electrical socket of the TV was not functioning well

Hotel not new, very dirty and unclean, like it is used with out cleaning for couple of years. When we entered room, the smell of room was only the begining. The dirty of room, armchairs is cant be re-told. First of all they even did not give us towels, bed clothing at housekeeping, so we covered by our winter coats, only next day we were given. Shower was not working,there was no hot water, and it was too old to work, TV not working also, and fridge did not close. From the first thing when you enter you just want to sleep standing, because all things so dirty that you cant even touch anything there. And it is full of Cockroaches, anyway after some dayes you get used to them....It was 2 dayes, which we will never forget.... minus 1 star hote

Very old building ,very bad staff , too bad rooms , very bad smell ,no parking in whole the area and nearby . we can't classify this place as a hotel it's really bad bad bad .I am giving advice to Booked.net to remove this name from the website because it's very bad image for the site and Dubai

Nothing at all, to call the "Zagy" place a hotel, is not the word what I had in mind when I was staying in that shabby room.

This place is disgusting, after a short nap after a long journey I checked out and took another hotel, it is not worth to mention all the poor things there, this place needs to be teared down, very bad "booking com" has it listed, I am still pisted off.....

Location, it's cheap compared to other options.

Dirty and old room / bathroom. Would not go there again!

The hotel was very dirty, I have a rash on my body which I think is from the bed bugs! The hotel is old and in need of renovation.I only picked hotel from the pictures n Internet ,but from experience be never again will I be saying there.

I like the locality at the hotel surrounding area.

During meeting with my Male friends in my room at 8:00 pm, It was surprised to me that one of the hotel security personnel knock the door and asked me about my visitors/friends to leave the hotel. I called to the receptionist and enquired about this incidence and he advised that our hotel policy doesnot allowed visitors other than the hotel residents. It was shoking to me. Moreover while paying money at the time of check out, the receipionist asked me to pay cash. For using credit card, they asked 3% extra charge. I really dont know how it happens, but when I made my online booking, they asked my credit card numbers but at the end when I was paying to the hotel they asked extra amount which should be clearly mentioned duirng the booking. Anyway this hotel is not really worth and the staff even not at all cooperative.
